Lexa Gandolfo is the founder and principal of 3210 Consulting. Lexa is also a sponsored speaker for the Small Business Administration (SBA) where she conducts monthly seminars on website design, development, and online marketing for small business owners. Additionally, she has recently lectured at the Washington, DC Bar Association and the Washington, DC Chapter of the NAACP.
Lexa has worked in the Internet industry for over ten years, gaining experience with website strategy and development as a technical business analyst, consultant, and web developer for Internet-based companies in the Washington, DC area. Building on the above experiences, Lexa founded 3210 Consulting. With over fifty-five clients, all with customized solutions, 3210 Consulting prides itself on delivering solutions specifically designed to meet the needs of each individual client.

Lexa graduated from Princeton University with a Bachelor's degree in History, and a concentration in 20th Century European history.
